Delivery Information
UK Orders
All goods delivered to the UK (including Channel Islands) are sent either Hermes or Royal Mail 48 which is not a a tracked service. The delivery options are:
Up to 1800g Standard shipping (Royal Mail 48 not tracked) : £3
Up to 1800g Royal Mail 24 (Not tracked ) : £5.50
FREE shipping on orders over £30
Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day, however, it may take an extra day or so to dispatch your order during busy periods.
Please note that these orders can be sent to all UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands). If you require your items urgently, please contact me via email orchardwoolshed@outlook.com and an alternative delivery option can be arranged.
Please note: All delivery dates are estimates and I cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries caused by Royal Mail.
Channel Isles and Overseas customers please contact me at orchardwoolshed@outlook.com for delivery costs. I cannot be held responsible for any customs charges that might be incurred.
Currency
All prices on the website are in Pounds Sterling. When placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, you will be charged in Pounds Sterling, and your credit card company or bank will convert the amount into your local currency (e.g. Euros, Dollars, etc).
PLEASE NOTE: I do not make a profit from our postage charges – they simply reflect what Royal Mail charge me.
